During the short 4 days, other than meeting up with old friends who supported us all the way, we also made new friends. Many people were attracted by our billboard and colorful cups on the table. While they were looking at the booth, our staff were eager in telling them all about our products in detail, and hoped to use this rare chance to promote Totempak’s product philosophy, as well as providing relevant information for the public. The food safety issues recently had rattled many people, which also emphasized the importance of the business philosophy of a corporation. Safeguard product safety for the consumers is always the most important responsibility of a corporation.
In the Expo, we received a numerous FAQs from the public regarding our products, such as how do we distinguish PE and PP products? How much would different materials cost? Are paper containers on the market microwaveable? Recognizing that people were paying more attention to everything in their lives, we also deeply felt that, since our foundation, Totempak has always regarded “safety” as the top priority. All products would go through numerous testing and inspections, as well as being certified, before presenting to the consumers. Though our products are not foods, we still believed that, paper containers that would come in contact with foods must also comply with food safety standards.
We had many valuable comments during the Expo, and we sincerely thank all the encouragements and supports from new and old friends alike. Totempak is looking forward to seeing everyone again in future Expos, and will bring forth even better products for everyone!
