Q1How do I purchase Totempak products?
Inquire by telephone or email; a specialist will be assigned to serve you.
Q2How much is the shipping fee, and how I do pay?
All quoted price contain basic shipping fees to your designated location. Additional shipping fees will only be required when the location is upstairs/downstairs, or shipping to remote areas (mountains, islands).
Q3How do I cancel an order?
If an order must be cancelled due to product or company procedures, please call and inform us of the reasons, and the order will be cancelled without you being responsible for any shipping fees. If an order must be cancelled due to personal reasons, after cancelling by telephone, if the product has already been shipped, the product must be shipped back to get your money back; if the product has not been shipped, then the factory will cancel the shipping procedure, and return your money.
Q4Can I ask for no receipts?
In compliance with National Taxation Bureau regulations, receipts must be issued for any transaction of goods in order to declare responsibility.
Q5When would I receive the product after ordering?
When regular templates are available, it usually takes a shipping company 5-6 days to reach the designated location (regular addresses only).
Q6What do I do if I received the wrong products?
Due to misconducts on the part of the logistics company or other reasons, if the products shipped are not the products ordered, our company will take full responsibility in free exchanges or returns.
Q7I can exchange or return a product?
If there are defects or flaws in Totempak's products or procedures (flaws and defects must be mutually confirmed), immediate product exchange or return will be conducted. If product is returned due to personal reasons, return the original product back to Totempak within 7 days of arrival along with the product receipt, product exchange or return will be allowed, but additional shipping fees will be applied.
