The rim of Totempak's Flat Convex Cups is specially processed, and the coated film on the inside of the cup does not easily come off when trying to remove the seal. The seal breaks on the flat rim in full, making it a new breakthrough in paper cup sealing.
The Flat Convex Cup That Can Be Sealed Again
Excluding human factors, the sealing success rate of the Flat Convex Cups are close to 100%. If improper sealing was to occur due to human error, the seal can be ripped off for the cup to be sealed again (note: repeated sealing can only be done under the condition that the rim is not moistened by beverages, and the rim is not severely damaged). After sealing, traditional paper cups cannot undergo a second sealing due to severe deformation in the rolled-edge rims. However, the rims of Flat Convex Cups are designed in accordance with the physics behind sealing machines. Its fixed rolled-edge design can accommodate repeated sealing.
